Amna Zaidi FCA CMgr MCMI is the Founder of Ahqenza and an Independent Board, Governance & Leadership Adviser with more than 20 years’ executive, governance and regulatory experience.
She has worked alongside Boards and Executive Committees across regulated and complex organisations, advising on governance, regulation, organisational effectiveness and strategic change.
Today, Amna works alongside Boards, Executive Teams, consulting firms and organisations across regulated and complex sectors through Board advisory, governance reviews, independent reviews, investigations, leadership development, facilitation and keynote speaking.
Her combination of governance expertise, executive experience and independent judgement enables organisations to navigate complex organisational challenges with confidence.
